Coach Her is kicking off

We want more women leading football!
That starts with more women being able to build lasting careers in coaching. This is the ambition behind Coach Her, a project we are delivering together with Fútbol Más France and Elitfotboll Dam.

The numbers show why the work matters: only 3.5% of Sweden’s UEFA Pro coaches are women, and just 2 of 28 elite clubs have a woman as head coach.

For us, Coach Her connects directly with our work to support people and organizations using football as a force for good. A more balanced game is a better game. And as we say… Better Football, Better World!
